Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a constantly evolving subject. As technology has advanced, so have the challenges facing the modern engineer.

Overview

EEE is a subject that naturally partners with other disciplines to make it an inter-disciplinary study that opens up whole new engineering avenues. Examples include Mechatronics — with Mechanical Engineering, Bio-medical Sciences — with Medicine, and Avionics — with Aeronautics. The EEE Department prepares students using new-age information and computer-intensive technologies, to tackle with these merging fields.

This B.Tech degree programme is designed to achieve a balance between a vast depth of knowledge acquired through specialised study and a broad width of experience gained through explored practise. The department provides a comprehensive foundation in the core topics of EEE coupled with areas of specialisation relevant and applicable to the emerging engineering challenges and changes.
